The sandtrooper is a figure I've wanted for a while -- but now that I've seen it, I am very disappointed with the pose. Why is it so lame?

What other SWM poses do you think are lame (other than the numerous dancing Vaders)?

My H/W list is not current...

I've seen some converted scout troopers on the Wotc board. You make a neat cut with an Xacto knife at the waist, rotate the torso 180 degrees and then glue it back on. Now he's running forward and shooting. [:)]

I agree the sand trooper looks like he's wearing a goldfish bowl on his head.

As for other rubbish posed minis......hmmmmmmm......the universe stormtrooper it looks like he's sheilding his groin area with his hand.

I'm going to try painting the sand trooper's shoulder pad orange. What can you do?

Well, I still think that CS clones are the worst. I didn't mind RotS clones at all.

I whole-heartedly agree regarding the Sandtrooper, the helmet is too big and the upright gun position looks silly.

While I could have been more impressed by the "marshmallow" head Sandtrooper, the one fig that still makes me think "poo" is the Yuzzem.

I mean here you have this large furry muscular bad @$$ and you give him the smallest gun in the galaxy? [V]

Come on! Even Leia is looking over and thinking "what, did he keep that in his purse or something?"

and that's my 2 cents...

i think the sand trooper was aiming for some birds, up in the sky. I also think the yuzzem sucks, just caus is little pistol.

Maybe he is holding a heavy repeater, but he is so big it looks like a pistol. His gun is easily bigger than the rifles on medium creatures.

...pulls out one of several Yuzzems in his collection and looks at it...

Nope, that's still pretty small, and what's worse, it looks like one of those chrome six guns that you would expect to fire caps or something...

Maybe it's just me, but I dunno, I think he would have looked a lot better with a Vibroaxe!!!

How could these not have ben mentioned?? Yes The Yuzzems Gun is small. And kneeling minis are kinda dumb. And the Scout Trooper looks like hes running for his life. But those are nothing compared to some other stuff. And the Orange Clonetrooper is actually cool.
There are some HORRIBLE poses in SWM and noone mentioned any of the worst-of-the-worst...Heres the cream of the crap.

Boba Fett (I'll wave Hi as I fly into the sky!)

Durge (No explanation required. Just look at it)

Deveronian Bounty Hunter (Sometimes a dynamic pose can be taken to far and it becomes really stupid looking. Heres an example)

Anakin Skywalker, Sith Appertice (What weird dance moves is he performing? Intimidating he is not)

Bodyguard Droid 27/60 (Khaaaaaaaaannnnn!)

Wookie Scout (same pose as the Scout Trooper. This pose looks 100 times worse on the wookie)

Champion of the Skulk

Really? I like his pose. The "dancers," IMHO, are:

Princess Leia, Captive
Kit Fisto
Luke Skywalker, Jedi Master
Dark Jedi
Kashyyyk Trooper
Darth Maul, Champion of the Sith
Darth Vader, Sith Lord (RS)
Darth Vader (RotS)

If you look at Greedo, look at his gun size,it looks like he could make a bigger gun with his fingers
