Subject: My last game

Last night I fought a 200 point squad that had killed me in the past.
Darth Vader JH, Boba Fett, Thrawn, and Darkside Adept.

I beat him with Exar Kun, Acklay, Gundark, Massassi, and 2 Nexu's.

We played on the Hoth Sheild Generator map with me starting in the wastes. He thought he could soften me up from afar and then move in his Jedi to beat me and then manuever Boba and Thrawn to gun at me.
I just made haste down the map and killed Vader with the Acklay and Kun. The Adept fell to the Gundark. The massassi and a Nexu killed Fett, the nexu also fell. I then converged on Thrawn to drop him.

It was the fastest 200 point game I ever played. This guy always plays cheap and always talks alot of crap. It was satisfying to beat him.

When I get them this squad would be better if I was to replace the Nexu's with Massassi.
Evil triumphs when good men fail their morale saves.

Congratulations friend!

Always beat a Warband with Darth Vader JH is a great archievement, now siths are really powerful and come to defy the old invencible darth vader JH.

Yeah, all Vader variants have given me trouble. Exar Kun is not much better than Vader JH, but with a whole team of hard hitting Jedi Hunters he cannot stand.
I also beat Darth Bane with the same squad, although with more difficulty.
Evil triumphs when good men fail their morale saves.
