| | Hey everyone, I'm more of a collector then a player of Star Wars minis, but a friend of mine has convinced me to go into a tournament August 5th. Now I have at least one of each mini from each set so what I need to know is the what is the best 150 point squad I can make. Any Ideas? | | http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Pizdoink

| | If i were you, I would make a few groups, then when you get there and see what other people are using you can choose the best team that would take out your opponents. | | I like you, thats why i'm going to kill you last! | |

Well, I really don't have any favorites, I like them all. Doing a few different groups would be nice, maybe like three different ones. I wouldn't mind having Darth Maul CS in one. I've spent the last 2 days reading the stat cards for most of the rares. But it's so hard to choose.
My other question is, is there an easy way to figure out what factions mix with what factions? So hard to keep track of all the different factions.
So what groups have worked for everyone else?

| | Well there really is not a best squad. I fthere was that would be all anybody used. Try www.swshoebox.com for some ideas. As far as staple figures you see lots of Aurra Sing, Boba Fett, Han Solo RH, and Vader JH. Lately I've also been fighting Exar Kun and Bane. | | Evil triumphs when good men fail their morale saves. | |

Real easy. Per the standard rules, no faction can mix with any other faction other than Fringe. [Faction X]+ Fringe = Okay [Faction X]+[Faction Y] = Not okay.

if you mean what I think you mean then this is how it goes: No faction can mix with any other factions but for fringe. Do you know how to play? | | I like you, thats why i'm going to kill you last!

| I would do this squad(if you have the right minis)
General Windu-72pts Mas Ameda-8pts rep commando-sev-16pts fixer-16pts scorch-16pts boss- 19pts ugnaught demolitionist-3 pts
Utilise windu's CFX well by keeping the comandoes in cover and attacking lots, so they cant be shot at and are really good at shooting everthing else.
