This the Mandalore who ruled over the Mandalorians about 4000 years before the movies took place. Hes from the Tales of the Jedi Comic Books.

I wish they would make a movie or a Clone Wars type cartoon about the Mandalorians.

Why was he not included as well? He could have been a generic mini like the Old Republic's Jedi classes. I do agree that the choice of who they made the ultra rare.
