Neither of those statements can be truthfully made with 100% accuracy.

I've open up or watched several hundred cases of SWM be opened. I have always seen this ratio in 12 booster cases. | | | |

 | | 11/15/2006 8:27 AM | Alert | That is why is said 99%. Every single one of the 12 booster cases that I've personally opened, with the exception of 1 CotF, has not fit the clustering pattern or the 8R:4VR ratio. The cases that were really painful are as follows:
Rebel Storm - 3 VR and 9 R (got an extra General Veers) Revenge of the Sith - 3 VR and 9 R in 2 cases - got extras of Stass Allie and San Hill, respectively
I know that the distribution is a little different for cases of huge booster, but a memorable case from Universe had 4 VR, JM Luke, Thrawn, Rancor, and Xizor.
My gaming group at Pastimes is always amazed at how I seem to alway get the random case that conform to the clustering and ratio theories.
