Hi!

Could you please help me? I don't understand the Mobile Attack. What is it good for? Minis can move before and after attacking without it, can't they?

I assume that you don't have to target the nearest enemy when more are available like in DDM, right?

Thanks for your answers.

Mobile Attack is pretty confusing but let me explain you how it works (it´s actually one of my favorite)

Without Mobile attack you move a miniature up to 6 squares and shoot, or shoot and move up to 6 squares

With Mobile Attack ability you move the character a number of squares, shoot and then move

For Example Han Solo

Han solo is behind a wall with complete cover from enemies, then he moves 3 squares, make an attack and then move 3 more squares (usually back to his last position)

This ability works like the hit and fade, you move attack and then hide again.

If you use the mobile attack ability you have to follow the normal way to shoot the closest enemy avalible.

Maybe you got confuse about targetin because the main character with mobile attack is Han solo but he uses his ACURATE SHOOT that let him chooses the target.

Hope this works

Thanks!

We play only for fun.

My warband is the famous Delta Squad + CC Bacara and some minor characters

And one last question - I thought that you can target any enemy with a normal ranged attack (no mobile attack)? Not right? Only the nearest one, like in DDM?

Yes it is like DDM You always shoot the nearest enemy;

You could choose between a free sight enemy (with no cover from your shooter) and the first miniature with cover.

That is slightly incorrect.  An enemy can be targetted if they don't have cover or (if they do have cover) if they are the closest enemy.
