As for General Windu, he heeds a big squad, usually 200 pts to make him worth playing. Jedi Weapon Masters are good. As are Sev heavy Republic Commando Super-Stealth Squads. Why Sev? He's got Accurate Shot so with General Windu can Double Attack anyone in LOS and cannot be attacked back from range (provided you play Bacara and you keep him in cover).
