I have the Basilisk and I would like to build a squad around it. Basilisk 51 Blademaster 18 Blademaster 18 Supercommando 23 Commander 28 Warrior 14 Boba, Enforcer 38 Nikto Soldier 5 Ugnaught Demo 3 198/9 I don't have Mandalore.

Personally I'd drop the Nikto & a Blademaster for another Supercommando. Unless you're up against a Superstealth squad having the ranged attack is better IMHO. And keep the Commander safe so the supercommando's retain Mobile attack. I've played similar squads, and one suggestion is to make use of the Basilisk asap! It looks big and intimidating, especially with a 20 move Strafe, so expect it to be targeted first and die quickly.

Yeah, use the basilisk as a big decoy. It's big, intimidating, and people wnat to kill it. So let them, all while subtly setting up perfect kills elsewhere.
