| So I'm trying to get my wife to watch some Farscape and since we're on the whole DVDs-in-the-mail deal I added them to our queue. I haven't seen 100% of the episodes and would/do enjoy them so I wouldn't mind watching/re-watching the show in its entirety.
They (Blockbuster) did NOT have "the complete season 1" for Farscape ... they only had the "Best of Season 1" so we added it, signed up and it came ...
For an introductary purpose, the episodes are far too disjointed and there seems to be a ton of missing character / character-relationship building that the best of simply misses. Completely. I found it irritating and worst of all my wife didn't take to it as I hoped either. Since the season I've seen the least of is season 1 (I caught most of the other season on the big SciFi channel thing this summer) I really wanted to see what I've missed.
Can anyone tell me what NetFlix has on their system? Maybe I'll switch ... | |

Doctor who and farscape are my 1 and 2 favorite sci fi tv shows and they were must see shows for me. ive seen every episode of farscape and liked every one except the animated 1. Funny thing is a didnt follow black and browder over to stargate. it holds no interest for me | |

| netflix has the entire thing. There are mixed reviews between blockbuster and netflix.
Netflix is more established but it suffers at times from not delivering up to their promise of next day and 3 out hence they have an action law suit going.
Blockbuster is not as big but it has the coupon thing going for them.
I use netflix but from time to time I've been considering switching but the reviews hold me back.
