I posted a link to this video clip and someone said that it was from a french movie (or part of it was). Anybody know what I'm talking about.

Its one of a series of french Nike commercials featureing the new french sport of Le Parkour. Which,as near as I can tell, is stunt jumping without safty precautions in an urban environment.

Im prety sure these kids are russian and have been on the net for awhile with their stuff. They are pretty crazy jumping, flipping etc. Ive seen some video of them a few years back that is very similar. Its some amazing stuff the way they jump and flip.

This particular clip is from a Nike commercial, but there's also a movie called Yamakasi, samourais des temps modernes (modern-day samurais, I guess), in which a gang of young people go through paris to do their stuff

I spent my summer at a dig in Russia and yes this is a new fad there and across Europe. It's people doing stunts to the same effect as skaters or bikers, in essesnce a new extreme sport. The only name I ever heard placed to it was "Extreme Walking". Eh, hope that helps.
