I have an easy physics problem for all you gurus. I can't find it through about 16 pages of Google. Describe how partial reflection and partial refraction can be explained using the particle and/or the wave theory of light. I just can't remeber and can't find anything about on the internet! AAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!

I think I'm half blind. Why don't I see it? There's nothing in there refering to partial reflection and refraction that I can see. Stupid brain, IT'S NOT THE WEEKEND YET!!!
