It has DR and hits hard even with minimal damage. What do you think it is? It can't be a planar creature because of it being summoned would make it go away, which rules out demons and devils and the like. It has to be able to fit under the shadow of an umbrella.

I think in close proximity to negative energy. There are three kinds of Nightshades, the Nightwalker..... Nightwing and Nightcrawler. The Nightwalker of course shewed up in Gol, the Nightwing is a Huge Bat of Pure shadow and the Nightcrawler a Purple Worm of Pure shadow. | |
