| | Maitreya was the topic on Coast to Coast AM radio show with Art Bell once. If I recall correctly, it was Benjamin Creme that was interviewed on the show. It was quite a while ago so I don't remember a whole lot of details, but I remember enough to know that its a load of hog wash. | | Champion of the Revenant Knight of the Elf Duskblade Complete Trades: Oni, Kidkach, Melrune, callidusx3 | |

| The website is really fascinating. I mean, there's stuff about some UFOs visiting India back in March (of this year), and that it was okay because these UFOs were just some routine spacecraft from Mars coming to check out some things.
Wild stuff.

| Heh. Last time Matreiya popped up was in China during the Taiping rebellion. Some nutjob had visions after reading some Christian tract pamphlets and started a civil war that almost succeeded. Seems he's back for more.
I love the fact that a Buddhist millenial icon is a "non-religious spiritual teacher." Hogwash. Take something from Asian religion and mythologize it. Typical. | | Knight Warlord a.k.a. | | Meh | | Pathetic Earthlings. Hurling your bodies out into the void - without the slightest inkling of who or what is out here. If you had known anything about the true nature of the universe - anything at all - you would have hidden from it in terror. | |

| | It's really nothing new, except for the relatively new advent of the use of the internet to spread the word. The messiah has been imminently due back for nearly 2000 years, now. And if I can make a bold prediction, he'll be "imminently" due at all times (according to at least one prominent contemporary zealot) for the next 12,337 years. | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X | |
