Night Below isn't out because it is not realease day yet.
They don't do 4 sets a year because that "would not leave enough time to stabilize the meta" and that "that would be too many minis" but we all know too many can only happen when you are literally drowning in them.

Well first of all, thats not aqatic thats a cheap move. 2nd, its probably because Wizards doesn't think aquatics is a good idea. They can't find a way to make the minis look good, them residing in the water and all, plus the terrain rules are difficult enough so it would be theives quarter all over again and it would unbalance water creatures just as much as flyers on the theives quarters and ranged attackers on the grotto. | | | |
