| Never can figure how to properly name a new thread.
I just wanted to relay/share an somewhat interesting story about my daughters first day at day care. First just a little background. My Daughters' name is Tanis and I am a huge DragonLance fan. My wife liked the name before she was ever aware of the illiteration, came to like it more as I shared the Heroes' tales. When we knew we were going to have a child there was no debate that were it a girl Tanis it would be, boys names another story. Fast forward a year and six months, the wife returning to work, we find ourself on the first day of daycare and are looking over the storage cubbys' for more contingency gear than even the average adventurer. Too much surprise and awe, the name on the adjoining space is Raistlin!! Tanis and Raistlin, in the same class at eighteen months each. Two sets of avid DragonLance fan parents? What odds? | |

I'd keep those two apart though 
In close to twenty years working in child care centres and schools, I've never seen a dragonlance or other obviousily D&D fiction name.
