Oh yeah, well I got of the Ticket. When I showed up to court the Statie didn't bring his paperwork with him. I got to see the Magistrate yell at him a bit, then she let me off the hook.

| Yeah, I was trying to get out of it. The $100 fine isn't too bad, but it also spikes up my insurance. Any time I get a ticket, I fight it.

| It was great. The Magistrate (low level judge for minor cases) said ordinarly she'd want to Review what happened. However (and she turned to the statie) The State Trooper forgot to bring the files with him today. The fella went from being 6 feet, to almost 5 feet tall. She was royaly ticked off that day. I guess anyone coming to contest a ticket with her that day would have gotten out of it.

Coulda been the exact opposite. If the statie had brought the paperwork, she may have just as likely laid into you.
