| Indians... oh that's right, they fell flat on their face and are not in the World Series.Â
Therefore by default I must root for the Colorodo Rockies. As long as it's not the RedSox.Â
Go Rockies!

| If the Red Sox win, there's a good chance one of my professors will cancel our final exam, therefore I'm forced to cheer for the Red Sox.

| | I used to be a die-hard Red Sox fan, but I've mostly lost interest in baseball. I still cared enough to be pleased when the Sox beat the Indians, but the Sox had their day in the sun 3 years ago. I'd just as soon see the Rockies continue their "Cinderella" run. I think the sox are going to win, but it'd be a lot more fun if the Rockies came away the champs. | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X | |

| My pick: the Red Sox. I grew up loving the Sox as a kid, sure I grew up in California but after reading the Yaz bio I was hooked. As long as the Yankees are not the World Series, I am down with that.

I actually like it when the Yankees make it to the World Series - and lose. It's not very often, but that year when Schilling and The Big Unit pitched for Arizona was awesome. | | Over 270 successful online DDM trades.

I actually like it when the Yankees make it to the World Series - and lose. It's not very often, but that year when Schilling and The Big Unit pitched for Arizona was awesome. I recently came across this fantastic quote by Curt Schilling.
"The awesome thing about being a starting pitcher is you have the opportunity to make 55,000 people shut up when you're on the road. I'm not sure I can think of any scenario more enjoyable than making 55,000 people from New York shut up."

| The Sox have a comforttable lead @ 2-0. They could have blown game 2 wide open but they did not. Either the Sox will sweep or they will win it at home. Sox in 5!

| If you didn't call sweep before game 1, I say it don't count.
Man, TV execs must have been pulling their hair out this year. All those series sweeps the Rockies were involved in must have cost a lot of money in lost ad revenue. | | "Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish." - Albert Einstein Champion of Myopic Half-Orcs Winner, WBC X

| | Back when I first started watching football (the 80s) most games were on Sunday. One on Monday and then at the very end of the season they would have Saturday games. I liked it that way. Made Sunday special. I hate the way they are diluting it by spreading it out over the week. | | Ghendar - Now with 51% more snark
