The Dark and Forbidding Lands of The Necromancer.

| After seeing the new game Advance Wars: Days of Ruin I find myself wanting to buy a DS. Who has one and can offer some advice? Good system? How is the DS game library for RPG type games? Strategy games? Any other stray or *gasp* relevant thoughts?

| DS is awesome. get the light, the original is a bit clunkier. Both are really superb game systems, though. I personally like MarioKart (for 5 man car trips, everyone can be driving (4 players, one real driver without a DS. very important)
Lego Star wars, Tetris, those are good times too.
The brain academy one, I've heard good things about, but have never personally played.

| I also highly recommend the DS. There are several Final Fantasy games out for it, if you're into the RPG type games. I'm currently absolutely addicted to Puzzle Quest. If you like playing Bejeweled, you'll also love it. You can also play any of the Game Boy Advance games on the DS, which I think is an awesome feature. The Legend of Zelda, Phantom Hourglass is another very fun game for the DS, and I'm also interested in picking up Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, cause it looks like a lot of fun. They're putting out a Ninja Gaiden game for the DS as well, which I'm highly looking forward to playing.

| I haven't had any games where it's been a distraction of hindrance yet. But I could see how it takes a bit to get used to. Had the same problem with Wii golf.
