As I was enjoying a peanut butter cookie "Dos-Di-Dos". This is the best damn cookie, I have ever, ever had. Don't be afraid, we all have our favorite Girl Scout cookie.

Take a large glass, put in about 5 Do-si-Do's, fill with milk, let it hang out in the fridge for a couple/few minutes. Drink the milk and enjoy the peanut butter sludge with a spoon.

| I love how everybody still calls the cookies by their old names. My daughter is a Girl Scout, so I'm rather involved in the process of selling and distributing these cookies. We kept having to explain to people why the names changed - different baker. Now Do-si-dos are just "Peanut Butter Sandwiches". Tagalongs are "Peanut Butter Patties". Samoas are "Caramel Delites". All abouts are "Thanks-a-lots". Trefoils are now "Shortbreads". Only the Thin Mints haven't changed their name.
My favorites are the tagalong/peanut butter patties. I love the thin mints, but I actually agree that the Keebler Grasshoppers are tastier. | |

Huh. Perhaps some councils still get their cookies from the same baker as last year? I would have thought the contract would be national or nothing.
