Your Sharks and my Habs, both out in the second round. Oh well, I was happy with what the Habs were able to accomplish, since they weren't even really expected to make the playoffs at the start of the season. I can understand you being disappointed with the Sharks though. They have an awesome team that should probably make it to the Stanley Cup final. They really need to get rid of Ron Wilson. | |

| Well I'll have to go with Detroit vs. Dallas as I hate them. What's not to hate?! It'll be a good series but Detroit shall prevail.
Pitt vs. Philly, who'd thunk this? I'm jumping on the bandwagon(not really) and going with Pittsburgh. Those kids are going to make Mario proud. Second only to San Jose, Pittsburgh is my other fave team.
The worst part of this is that I don't get any more Stanley Cup games the rest of the way. I hate my cable company.

| I called Detroit and Pitt myself....though Philly may find the grind, but Pitt has the talent ala '90-91 Pens. My only grip is that ESPN doesn't do the hockey games anymore.

The funny thing nobody is talking about getting Campbell signed. He was supposed to talk to D. WIlson on Monday but of course he was busy firing Ron Wilson. I hope that Campbell is signed before a new coach is hired, I don't want to see us lose another player to free agency ala Bill Guerin (who really didn't help help us @ all IIRC).

Getting rid of Ron Wilson is big for the Sharks. When you have that kind of talent, you need a coach that knows how to let 'em play. Campbell is a very good player. Though he did show flashes of brilliance, the Sharks were probably hoping to get a little more out of him in the playoffs. | |

The shot totals after one of the Dallas wins was kind of shocking - somewhere around 2-to-1 in Detroit's favour. Means that they're still carrying the play to the Stars, and Turco is playing above his head. It's hard to keep up this level of goaltending. | |
