chinese food
chocolate covered cashew brownies
Van for keeping me on my toes

yeah, we have beautiful Mountains, though. I mean, when you see those panoramic views of the mountains, and happy people camping and mountain biking? Yeah, that's literally the view from my front door.
Plus, cost of living is cheap. My 4-bedroom house on a 1/4 of an acre? $103,000.
the potatoes are just a bonus. (interestingly enough, my In-laws are potato farmers.)
