For bad packaging, that usually only happens with newer traders. In this case, I would still give them a positive rating, but send them an email about better packaging in future trades. I am about to give someone a neutral rating. His minis arrived, missing three commons, but with all the key rares present. He does not answer emails regarding sending the missing items. I am giving him two weeks to reply or re-send, then I will be giving him a neutral rating. |
