If you are looking at one of their posts, you can click the  symbol to view their info in the trade interface, or on the  to bring up the search page that should find their reference thread from the Trading References forum.
If you aren't looking at one of their posts, you can use "Get Email/Refs" link in the Tools list on the right side of the page, or view their info in the trade interface by replacing TEST_USER in the following url with their user name:
