It depends on the trader. Some ask for the moon for a GMR, others the same as a repaint or promo. Older GMR's are in low circulation, so their value is easily ten times that of the GMR 9, but that can depend as well.

I would value it around $10, but then I have ten of them. Mostly, GMR's seem to be around the $10 when they come out, and they go up to $20 or so pretty quickly. As Sir Bozak said, the older ones are much harder to get and therefore more valuable. GMR 3 was over-produced and is much easier to get. I think it's still around $10 - and I have a bunch of them still too.
