We are working on getting a UTAH Open - DDM event. This event will be held at Hastur Hobbies in Midvale Utah on Febuary 18. I will not more info as I get the event set up.

| We need to get 16 players in attendance. also anyone good at making fliers or posters? We post a poster up at Hastur Games & Hobbies and they will hand out the fliers that we send in.

| several players did come down to Utah in 2004 for the constructed qualifier. Last year they had there own on the same day ours was held, so we missed them.

Never know. We should try and get them on separate weekends, though, to leave that option open. Once we find out who is hosting, we should talk. If it is at Stonebridge again this year, the TO will talk to ktatroe and I to find out a good time for it.

Funny you mention that. I've been contemplating how we could do something like that. Do some kind of league. Top 5 from a given area - SoCal - you're gonna have some tough choices. Pit #1 seed vs #1, #2 vs #2, etc. Winner moves on in the tourney. Then we could have a champion. We could seed based on average DCI score, or something. I'll start a thread to determine interest. | |
