No one else is RSVP-ing? Gonna be kind of lonely with the three of us.

I know it is a holiday weekend, but where are the priorities? As for myself I'm camping immediately after my win. [:D]

Oh well you shouldn't have to worry about it being too small of a turnout. I'll be bringing my usual crew so that'll be another 4 people. I think it might be a smaller turnout because it is more expensive, near a major holiday, and not as tactical with the Huges compared to a normal pre-release. But I'm sure we'll still have a decent turnout.

Noticed that you said 'win' and not 'Win' indicating that you'll take some of the matches, but not the entire thing. [:D]

Gotta talk a little smack, although I'm sure to be drawing low-end rares with this one.

Any time you try to make something idiot-proof, someone always goes out and invents a better idiot.

well you guys are all in luck. I will not be playing as I will be running the event. so you all have a good chance of winning now that I will not be playing.

Best of Luck to you all and I hope we have a very good turnout.

I've done a decent amount of mock WODQ sealed tournaments in preperation for Saturday and I've learned a couple things. It won't matter near as much what rares you draw as it normally does because the most important thing by far is the Huges you pull. There are only a few Rares that I would even want to use. Also, if you don't get any Huge rares then you will always be able to run both Huge uncommons plus the promo spider (unless you get double Purple Worms or Purple Worm and Mountain Troll) and I think that often times it would be a wise choice to do so. The more usefull non huge pieces are commanders and cheap tile grabbers and activations. But that's just my opinion after playing a few practice tournaments. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

See you Saturday.

Good long day of gamming (DDM and RPG) we did not get all our WotDQ cases, but were still able to allow everyone to play. I do not know of anyone who was turned away, but we did have to use the prize support to allow others to play.
