| Ok heres my report...
Ok so i was faced with a decision wether to play the epic version of Black Guard on nightmare(BGN) with either Blue Spawn(BS) or Tundra scout(TS) or play the non epic with both the BS and the TS. In the end I decided to play BGN non- epic, BS, TS, CoSyreth, Doom fist monk(DF), Ogre Skirmisher(OS) and a small Fire Elemental(SF0).
Game numero uno-Nick Nikalou- mountain troll, TS, Griff cavalry, OS,Trog cleric,small black and copper dragons and a hob lion of T.
On the field of ruin, this game was slow moving and close. Are warbands were so similar. I couldnt let his griff come anywhere near my TS or BGN cos of joust. Nick started to get tile points a round before me we were quite even none of our main pieces had been killed. I managed to kill his hob lion. Time was called. The game rested on wether my OS passed its morale check. He failed it by ONE!

Game 2-Guillaume-Purple Worm, Giant spider, Trog cleric, CoSyreth, DFM, And a hyena.
Teleport Temple, This was going to be very intresting. As i did in the last game i got my cleric to cast Legions sheild of faith. I slowly engage the enemy. Sam brought his worm and spider in front of my forces. Both Worm and Spider inflicted their poisons on my BS and TS. OUCH! He teleported his spider away then beat my BS on the head with his worm. My weakened BS stood its ground and manage to seriously damage the worm. The spider was attacking my TS and my other units. It was easily taken care of though. Then i managed to take down his worm. Winning me the game.

Game 3- Karla- Sorceror on B. dragon, Purple worm(doh! not again), Fang dragon, daemonic gnoll, SFE, and a hyena.
Queen oeregrins tomb. I brought my TS up to the scorceror. Not a good idea! I made my first major mistake of the day. The scorceror had 2 fire spells that dealt automatic 45 fire damage. My TS was vunrable to fire. Well lets just say my TS was down to 20 hp by round 2. Things were looking bad, i had lost the game. The worm was trying to take out my cleric and BGN so i brough my BS up to beat the daylights out of the scorceror. Then i turned my atention on the worm my OS inflicted some damage on the worm then got gobbled up. My BS sneakily went round one of the buildings and took out the worm. After that i won the game on tile points. Phew! What a come back.

Game three Ben( a new player) -Just looking at his band i knew he had beaten me on activation control lol his warband was Aspect of Tiamut! and a blue spawn!
Teleport temple(again). To start of he brought tiamut infront of a teleporter, so i immediately sent my lesser units to stand on the near by teleporters. I was scared! But then i had a plan. I would put my BGN near a free teleporter then tiamut would go to kill it. But i strategically placed my BS and TS so that when tiamut teleported and engaged my BGN it would get fland by BS nad TS then BGN would run away and hide. The plan worked suprisingly. Tiamat got beaten up really bady. And when all of this was going on my opponents BS was tile grabbing so it came at my main units fresh. TS was poisoned and wouldnt last another few turns so i sent it in as a sacrifice and to damage the BS up a bit so that my BS came in and killed his. I won the game.

I'm not sure of the standings but i did well enough to win a booster. and win my 2nd nightmare and a dracolich. ........... So i am quite pleased with how i did. | |
