| We had a nice turnout (23) given it was july long weekend. Several new faces as which is good to see if we can get them addicted to plasticcrack.
I don't have full info but I know a bit. Top 4 after 5 rounds of swiss were:
1. Richard (5-0, Blackguard on Nightmare, Purple Worm, Eldritch Giant, hunting hyena) 2. Kevin (4-1, lost to Richard, Aspect of Bahamut, Bluespawn Godslayer, storm archer, kobold zombie) 3. Mike S (4-1, lost to Kevin iirc, Aspect of Tiamat, Spellscale Sorcerer, Fang Dragon, fodder) 4. Garrett (4-1, lost to Richard, Sorcerer on Black Dragon, Cadaver Collecter, Witchknife, Warden of the Wood, Storm Archer, Diseased Dire Rat, Small Fire Elemental, griffon cavalry)
Semifinals:
Garrett beat Richard Kevin beat Mike S
Garrett and Kevin diced off for victory since it was pretty irrelevent.
We had 3 of each aspect, but only one tordek (and the guy with tordek had both bahamut and a bluespawn godslayer), but I think the aspects ended up bashing away at each other, b/c I only faced one in my 5 rounds of swiss.

| To dice off for victory is against DCI regulations, Richard. (And may even have been removed from the tie-breakers at the end of a tied - I think it now goes to dual match loss)
I'm "certain" that what really must have happened is that one simply decided to drop or concede, to save time at the end of the day.

| i think what he meant to write was that Kevin & He were Going to Dice off because the outcome was irrelavent, but instead they picked a less arbitrary method to determine who was going to concede the match [:p] | | mark - Champion of the Goblin Worg Riders | anteblue_at_yahoo_dot_com IHawk's Have/Want List | IHawk's Trade List | Completed Trades - 214 | Pending Trades - 0

Fair enough. it's irrelevent who won and who lost anyway given that they both end up with two boosters. I'm sure as well that we just did what almost everyone else running this tournament did. [:P]
