Does anybody know what happened to the DCI rankings ?

As an example : Kiddoc went from 2000+ points to 1701 pts, Phrank lost about 100 pts, etc.

Either it has been fixed, or you were looking at the wrong category. Kiddoc's still at 2037 and Phrank is at 1892 in constructed.
