Endgame will be hosting
TWO
tournaments on August 6 to help people get ready for Gencon. The first will have registration beginning at 10 AM, with the first round scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM. The second tournament will be scheduled after we know how long the first one will last, but I'm estimating a starting time of 3 to 4 PM.
This will both be standard 200 point tournaments. We will have very tight rule monitoring for this event in order to prepare the local studs for their Gencon trials.
Although you may select any legal map for your warband, I'd like to recommend that people bring one of the three maps that will be used for the Championship:
Teleport Temple
Dragon Shrine
Forest Cliff Lair (from Dragondown Grotto)
As these are the recommended maps, you may want to factor them into your warband decision for the day.
Fees and prize support will be posted once it has been worked out with Endgame.
We expect a high turnout of quality players for this event.
Limited Dreamblade demos will also be run between rounds to allow people a chance to prepare for the Gencon release event (or to prepare for Endgame's release event on August 12).
