| We'll be running a limited Blood War event on release weekend. It will take place at 11 AM on November 4. This will also be national D&D day, so there will be some of theose events occuring at Endgame at the same time.
The tournament will begin at 11 AM. If there is significant interest, a second tournament will be run in the afternoon.
We'd like to know how many people intend to attend this event. If you plan to attend, please let me know (either in person, via email, or here on this thread). Please also indicate whether you'd be interested in a second event on the day, and whether you'd like that to be a constructed event (200 point), or another limited event.

| And release night, is that dead? It had been mentioned a sealed event the night of the release. Still happening or no?

| | If there is sufficient interest for the Friday night event, that will happen in addition to this event. However, I don't think it will be easy to get people to commit to the Friday night event until we get closer to set release. Accordingly, I'm only asking about the fun on Saturday right now. We'll talk about Friday night in a couple weeks. This does mean that we are talking about up to 3 tourneys in ~24 hours time. | |

Because of the number of continuous Saturdays w/ DDM events coming up (Oct 21 - Cal Open at GK, Oct 28 - prerelease at GK, Nov 4th - release tourney at Endgame, Nov 11th - Limited Qualifier at GK), it looks like I probably won't be able to play in a second tournament on Saturday Nov. 4th.
I'm still planning to play in the first tournament, but I would like to try to get in a session with my RPG group that day as well, so that the break between sessions isn't too long. | | | |

Wayne (aka Jeff W.) mentioned to me that he was interested in playing in the first tournament. He's in my RPG group, so that means he probably won't be able to play in a second tournament.

| At the moment (being a blue collar guy and as the home improvement business slows.... this/that(autumn-winter/tourney) time of year. I see more people are interested in Saturday's tournaments and it seems no intertest for the Friday before.

I'm interested in the Friday night tournament on the 3rd if we can get enough people together.
Let's try to put together a preliminary list of the people who are interested at league at Endgame next Monday, and that should give us a better idea of how many people we might get (with the expectation that we might gain or lose a few people as we get closer to the end of the month).
