So yeah, I'll definately be there but unfortunately only one other of my usual pre-release crew will be there. Since this set is such an amazing one, I would think we should get a decent amount of players. But I won't complain if there are very many. That's just better odds that I can end up top 4 and get some free boosters. Either way, it'll be a blast. | |

I have other important obligations (my daughter's birthday party) at 6.30. gald that you will be addending! As for how long it will last.... that is a hard question. Nothing is requiring you to stay the full time, so if you have to go, you may take off.
The number of rounds we play will depend on the number of players attending. If we have 32 or more players (I do not think we have reached this number for a prerelease yet) there will be 5 rounds. Each round is 60 mins. The first round may not start until 1pm, but I hope sooner then that.
So if we play 4 rounds, that will be 4 hrs of play, plus 30 construction time, and then 5-10 min between rounds to record and pair players.

| I assume just like last year most of us have other plans in the evening, Halloween stuff etc.
Are we going to split prize support and go home early or must I play Devin in the final?
Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

The big prize support is for the top 4 players and if you leave eairly the chance of getting in the top 4 is less likley to happen. everyone will get the normal prize support that is given to everyone at the start of the event, so if you do have to leave then you will get something.

I'm definitely a casual player, so I don't expect to hit the top 4. Besides the GDK epic card, what "normal prize support" is there?
And just to make sure I'm not being an idiot, it's at noon at the WV Game Den, correct?

"normal prize support" for this event is the epic card. I have heard the there is a repaint, but I have not confirmed that. Sometimes the store give out some older items that have been sitting around for a long time so we may have some of that.
I would be at the Game Den in the valley fair mall by 11:30am.
If you do or may show up late, please do so if for nothing else then to stop in and say hi. We can add you if you are late, but you will take a loss for the rounds you miss. | |

| This set looks completely awesome! I might come up to register a
deck then play a round, but that is a big iffy right now. I am
still suffering from Sleep deprivation from Japan (Magic Pro Tour),
have some repairs I need to do and other obligations. These
events are a blast.
Incidentally, go to the D&D day the following week as well.Â
There are promo Medium Copper Dragon in teh kit that arrived at Provo.
