Hey, The past two years a group of us from Charlotte head to Raleigh in February for a DDM tournament. Just wondering if there were any events in Raleigh this February and if there would be any interest. I've heard the DDM scene has changed quite a bit in the last year out there. Any info would be great. Thanks.
D&D Minis wednesdays at 6pm in Charlotte, NC at Underground Games. Sanctioned tournament third Sat. of every month. Dagaronzie on WotC Boards.

AFnG, Cary, NC has on their calendar events on 2/10, 2/17 and 2/24 starting at 1 PM. All are currently listed as 200 point constructed.

And yes you are correct in that the scene has changed lately here in Raleigh. Some new players have found their way in but we have also lost the regular attendance of many of the experienced players. Still if we plan ahead I am sure we could get a relatively good turn-out possibly pulling folks from the eastern region as well. A guarantee of a good turn-out with ample planning could entice many of the players to work an event into their schedules.

Keep in mind that February is when XP will be happening in DC (2/15 - 2/1. Also AFnG has the unhallowed prerelease scheduled for March 3rd.

I'll be over there this Saturday (1/13) for a scheduled 200 constructed.

It looks like we'll have to make it for the pre-release on March 3rd. I'll talk to the guys and find out how many we'll have. Rob, if you see this I hope you can make the drive from Fayetteville.
