Looks like what was gonna be my first tourney is gonna be the first that I sit out as well. I'm not willing to go to such a disorganized disaster and I'm sure not willing to take another 5-6 hour round trip to get prizes, if I'd win anything, that should be provided. It'd be cheaper fo me to just buy whatever I'd get as a prize than spend 40-50 on gas to get 'em. Next closest for me is in Cinncinnati, and I don't think I want the extra drive time. Plus, I hate driving in that city. Meh....Meh I say....WotC please be a little more discriminating about the stores that get these events. I'm sure there are many more stores within the general area that would be thrilled to have an event like this and would run it how it should be ran. Now I have to call my buddy and tell him that we both begged and finnagled a saturday off for nothing. Urrg. |
