| this is my supa dupa tourney report:
I showed up in Lacey with my UltroForge band, the only one there (as opposed to 3 outta 6 at a local tourney)

My first match was against someone who made top 4 at the tournament with this (srry i cant remember your name)

i won map, he took side A and had the shield guardian with a casting of Protect from energy, so he made the Solar and Guardian immune fire :-( I gots all them Man at arms in good cleaves, and mialee with a scorching ray. Then Ultro got based (thank the gods the solar was enfeebled... oh wait, it didnt matter anyway) i killed the guardian fina-freaking-ly when time was running out, and only the Solar and the Dragonmark were left, and both were injured he just ran away. I would never do that, but i guess thats why i am only top 8 at the quallie and not top 4.

I lost map init. yea. I made it to one of the rooftops when the swarm swarmed me. I didnt get the dragonmark there fast enough, so ulmo got a flank with a sacred watcher and hit once (he moved into flank) i killed the flanking SW and cleaved into Ulmo, who just doesnt have enough HP for his cost, but hes good everywhere else, but the HP still ruins him. he was dead fast. Spend a few more rounds mobbing on the Watchers, him accidentaly putting the CoO in melee reach sealed the win.

2 Ultroloths is just too much of a good thing. I dragonmarked mr forge immune acid.
i actually failed ray of exhaaustion *D'oh* so i was hitting for 15 (or missing half the time for 15, whatever), but in the end, i won iniative in the most crucial points, and took the win.

so you can kinda see the point of this here: buff the pigs. kill the preist. get initiave all the time and 3 crits over 3 rounds at the most crucial point. rout the forgepriest. yep. i lost. Later i realized it was a good loss though, as he would move on to play Dwane Stupack and his quad shadowdancers, whereas i played...

i lost map once again.
I went down the slope, together with my greenspawn killing all his fodder. next round, rout 2 large blacks. he conceded immediatly after the 2nd one flew far, far away. that match took 15 minutes so i got to watch some matches for a change.

I charged out with the forgepriest, making Cleave fodder out of the hammerers, and toast out of the maugs. i dont remember much about this match, srry.

well i made top 8, so as a consolation prize i got a bosster, fresh from the case. i pop it open and...

well i think i did good and i might qualify in Portland or Vancouver.
