Assuming you're in California, you might want to join the Sacramento area DDM yahoo group:

There's definitely a group that plays in Roseville, but if there is anywhere closer to you, they'd probably be able to help.

There is a club on the UC Davis campus that runs every friday if your into D&D RPGing, not sure if they skirmish though but might be worth a try. Also you can always start a new game if nobody plays it there since it's open-ended. Here is the link:
