Based outta Games of Berkeley, CA

WHEN: Tuesday March 18th @ 6:30pm-ish (typically every first and third Tuesday of each month at the same start time).
HOW MUCH: $25.00 - that's right, just $25 for two Desert of Desolation boosters!
FOR WHAT ?: 200pt Limited (Sealed) event, with a twist! This time we'll use 2.0 rules and stat cards. The Desert of Desolation 2.0 stat cards and 2.0 rules are available on the WotC website: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mi/20080124a
This is a great opportunity to practice limited format matches with the new 2.0 rules before the upcoming Dungeons of Dread Pre-Release tournaments at the end of the month. We'll likely get in two or three rounds. Oh, and if any of you went to D&D XP and have some of the Dungeons of Dread minis, we'd love to see them!
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Every player will recieve League Prizes (EPIC cards, repaints, etc.) just for participating! There will also (hopefully) be additional prize support as well!

| So is this now concrete that mini's will be played on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month0-regardless? Also will every Skirmish night consist of sanctioned play? I have Tuesday and Wednesday night's off so I was wondering...

Hey Jim (and others!),
Every month there is a calendar posted, but yes the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays are very commonly (almost always) the days on which DDM Skirmish nights fall at Games of Berkeley. We have had unfortunate accidents with players showing but not finding the other players (sorry again Mike!). We generally meet "downstairs" (ask at the purchase counter if unfamiliar) and we can expand into other rooms if necessary. And yes, our games are (generally, depending on attendance, etc.) sanctioned. Cheers, -Ben
