yes, let me extend my thanks and apreciation to patellis and striderlotr for the event. I had lots of fun and despite my advanced age  managed to stay through the whole thing. Got to meet lots of members and put faces to names. I am amazed at how many people look so different from the picture in my mind.

We both appreciate any feedback people can leave for us.  We hope to do an event at Winter Fantasy, though we will have to carefully coordinate that with Ian.  Everyone wants an earlier start, we know that, but we'll have to balance what ever else Ian may have in store for us!

This was my third Maxminis event and once again it was the highlight of the Con. It was great to put some more faces to handles. I finished 2-2 and apparently won and lost to the right people as I think I was the highest 2-2 at 26th place. Thanks to the entire Maxminis community for their generosity with the prizes as well as creating a very fun envrionment, to everyone who spent the time to come up with interesting maps for the map contest, and special thanks to Pat and Sean for organizing this.

The only thing I can think of to improve this thing is figuring out a way to let Pat and Sean actually play

Neither Sean nor I can attend Gen Con SoCal, but I think that someone over on Hordelings might try to get things started.  If they do, I'll make sure it gets cross posted.
