19pts is almost the cost of 2xMG42.
I'm having difficulty imagining a target, where 4 shots from an MG-42's would be less effective than one shot from a Whirlwind.[:p]

With "innacurate" the Kat' doesn't have enough firepower to be effective.
Might find some use killing snipers with a missile salvo.
But unless forward observers seriously improve sub-type "artillery". This is another rare I won't be playing. | | | |

Considering that the 4 guns were 20mm caliber, they should be more powerful than 2 MG42 go figure | |
