It would be an interesting thing to try, but HEAVY.[:p]
I'm not sure the interlocking floor tiles would work though.

1)yes...kinda
2)NO
3)NO

I made a quite large skirmish dungeon from the HA fieldstone line and made it modular, alot of 6x6,6x4,4x4,2x2,2x6,3x3,etx sections and just set it up whenever I want to play...much easier than sliding interlocking 1" square tiles, which I would have no clue how to engineer in the first place!

hmmm is what I thought.

I can see what I mean/am trying to say, in my mind, I just can't transfer what I am seeing to words....

Ah well... was a thought anyway...

**Note: I didn't say it was a 'good' thought....**

On the modular front this is what I have come up with.

http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/ViewPhoto?u=4325481&a=31871608&p=72837233

The wall is made from four seperate parts taht interlock like this:

This is the same design just made from fieldstone. This is actually the "master stage" of the mold. The design is such that right angles can be made and joined with little effort. To make all the corners of a large dungeon.

Also, on the modular front I have amaster stage of a building. The thing about this building mold is the windows are not there. But are added later depending on what type of building you wanting as an end result. So if you want a military fortiffication you would have arrow slits. If you want an inn you would have "normal" windows. The following link shows the two halves of a building.

So, DF, this may not be exactly what you were thinking but it works none the less...[)]

Heya Griffrat;

Nice looking stuff dude.

My idea sprang from looking at the 3d tiles of DJ-Chuckles (?), and then I thought of the battlemat I made. That then turned my mind to the old 'toys' I mentioned in the first post, from there my mind just blended all the ideas together.

Thanks DF!! As one of my players said as I had a bunch of stuff out on the table, "Ah this is the hot new coolness..." If the players like it then I must be on one of the many right paths...[:)]

I am really looking forward to this weekend as I will be able to get a lot of the stuff painted!![)]
