Canon PowerShot S500 is the one I have and zero problems. I guess it all depends on your budget, they have incredible digi cameras for like $8K | | Trades >> Completed: 49 | Bad: Ø | Pending: 0 | Trade & talk Live on IRC! SERVER: irc.psionics.net CHANNEL: #maxminis

| From what I can tell, it's looking good.
What mold(s) did you use, Hirst-wise? What casting matierial did you use (ie. Excaliber, Merlin's Magic, etc.)? Do you plan on mounting it on plywood or anything? Will you leave it in pieces for easy transport or are you making it one piece, strictly for home games. If modular will you be able to mix and match to create an array of dungeons for the unwitting PCs to battle their way through?
Sorry for all the questions but I just got my first mold today. I can't wait to build something. I just haven't decided what. | | Completed Sets 10/13 Completed Trades: 124 Pending: Bad:1-Zandar81 (WotC) Took mail fraud charges to get minis he owed me.

[:0ΪK??? Sense my dog stays in the house, I think my wife would make me stay out in the abandoned dog house if I spent anywhere near that.

I used my home made molds for this project. I love alumilite (and Pringles lids for Magic Ciircles.[:D] Another crappy photo of the molds.[:p]

Merilins. It's the best stuff I've used so far. However, I did find this stuff called "Crafter Plaster" That has close to the same strength of Merlins, and alot cheaper price. I may use that next to see how it works.

I plan on leaving it modular. There's going to be 22 total pieces (so far) and most can be moved around to make different style dungeons. Each piece is already cut to size on poster foam board (alot mor rigid than the pink stuff), So I was able to test fit each piece to see how I could reorginize it to make the dungeon different. There's going to be one bi-level room called the Great Hall, (yeah, I know, how original[:p]) | | 183 Completed trades with the best people on the net!

| You can buy a new Digital camera that has 3 megapixel power for cheap these days, $200.00 or less. Just make sure you find one with a "close up" setting. Usually designated by a flower symbol on the preset features.
Your pieces appear nice, but I'll reserve judgement till I can see them unblurred!

I'm getting ready to pick up some more Alumilite and I'm looking at a Digital Camera to take better pics with. When I get it, I'll replace the existing pics with the new ones and post some pics of the custom mold making process. I have my Bi-level "Great Hall" done. I think it turned out quite well. The walls running up the stairs was a little tricky to keep them level though. | | 183 Completed trades with the best people on the net!

| | Hey if you are in the market for a dig camara think about getting a movie camara that does about 3 mega pic photos. you get a really good zoom with it and very convienent. I have one but the stills are not so hot. In just the last two years leaps and bounds have been made. I mean you can zoom right up on them and take great infocus shots. LOL. this way you have the camara and the movie in one. I know the mega pic is not high but if you do not plan on printing out any posters 3 mega pic is really good enough... | | Compleated....arcabious, simage, beyondallHope, Spikegif, CarpBrain, Wild Yapok schooly_d. http://www.maxminis.com/hwlist.asp?user=whitewind Bad Trade,,weinbergphp.."
