| | More excellent work zanaroth! I hadn't even noticed the shoulder plates and other detail around the neck of the cloak on the regular one! I really like that you add bits of detail like the runes on the cape. | | Champion of the Yeti (large uncommon please!) Assistant to the Regional Manager | |

I'm going to try a Half-Feind Ogre soon. But I want to get it just right so it won't be for a while. | | Disipline is the only way to overcome chaos. | | I really like the coloring of the green/gold armor, the weapons, and the cloak. Well, I love the coloring of the whole miniature. I can see what you mean about the weapons looking too soft. It's too bad the miniature's plastic quality is less than the quality of the way you painted it. I don't even think it needs a rocky base. I don't mind the black bases. I suggest you to use gray or withe base to get a really good enlightened mini!
Thank you all. | | | |

| | You might be able to sharpen up the tips of the weapons a bit to make them more dangerous looking. I think it is the semi bluntness of the weapon tips that "softens" them in the looks department. A real sharp knife or even some shears or clippers might be able to achieve the dangerous "sharp pointy thing" look. Not much you can do about the overall thickness of the weapons without risking them falling apart. I know I ended up using "piano wire" at times to make spears, pikes and lances in order to get some reasonable scale diameters on hafted weapons so it did not look like the warriors were swinging cabers before tossing them at the enemy. | | Built the addition for this addiction, now on to the "gaming table" project.... http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Zenako last updated 29 May 2006 Set Status: in a nutshell = all of all In Process trades 0), (Sig last updated 05/29/06) 300 plus Completed Trades -
