| As some of you may know, doubtofbuddha is organizing an Orlando DDM Open to be held in January. Please see the stickied thread, Sticky: Florida DDM Open, in the DDM – Tournaments section for more information. After reading the NE Open thread I thought it would be a cool idea to have trophies made that include repainted and/or customized minis for the top 3 finishers.
What we need is someone to give us a hand in repainting 3 minis for those trophies. We could provide the minis and other materials if needed. We haven’t really talked about the trophy idea yet so I don’t know which minis we would need painted. I was thinking of something along the lines of Balor, Beholder and the like.
Another option would be the clear minis Cragger had made.

The other idea I had was to make custom bases for the trophies instead of generic store bought ones. I was imagining some sort of castle or tower theme with the 1st place being the tallest then shorter for 2nd and 3rd.
If anyone can help us put together a cool set of 3 minis and bases for the trophies please let me know here or at the address above. Please include what you would charge to do the repaints in your message. Any offers of donated time would be GREATLY appreciated. ;o)

| The more we discuss this the more it looks like we may only need one trophy due to time and cost constraints.
We would provide the mini and base if one is not crafted for us. | |
