Here he is. I'm also adding an explanation regarding paint steps (at least how I calculate them) for a comparison to the CRD's rumored 300 paint steps.

I calculate "Tiny" as having 100 paint steps. This calculation is derived as follows:

1) Prime coat (in this case Black)
2) Bright prime (white primer coat over the flesh areas-I was trying something new)
3) Dark Brown basecoat for the flesh areas
4-12) Dark Brown mixed with Dark Flesh in increasingly lighter shades wet-blended
13) Dark Flesh color unmixed as highlights for flesh areas
14) Dark Blue basecoat for the tunic
15-20) Increasingly brighter shades of blue on tunic until highlight completed
21) Dark Brown basecoat over roping areas (only on the tunic/elbow joints)
22) Bright Tan highlights over roping areas (only on the tunic/elbow joints)
23-27) Shades of grey up to medium bright highlight on the chain belt
28) Dark Green basecoat over wrist covers and leggings
29-32) Increasingly brighter shades of green (jade hue) on wrist covers
33-36) Increasingly brighter shades of green (jubilee hue) on leg covers
37) Red basecoat over legging straps
38-40) Increasingly brighter shades of red on legging straps
41) Brown basecoat on bone areas (Skulls on belt and weapon)
42) Sandstone coating on bone areas
43-46) Increasingly brighter shades of off-white on bone areas
47) Brown basecoat over rope areas on wrist covers
48-50) Increasingly brighter brown/tan highlights on rope areas of wrist covers
51) Goldenrod basecoat on one of the skull's hair
52-54) Increasingly brighter shades of yellow on skull's hair
55) Brown basecoate over fleshy skulls
56-60) Increasingly brighter mixtures of Brown/Caucasian Flesh on fleshy skulls
61) Dark Red basecoat over bag
62-70) Increasingly brighter/more orange shades of red on bag until highlights finished
71) Dark Brown basecoat on ropes on skull head
72-74) Increasingly brighter tan highlights on ropes on skull head
75) Light brown highlights on belt skull's hair (the other skull with hair)
76) Dark Brown basecoat on toe-/fingernails and teeth
77-80) Mudstone and increasingly brighter highlights on toe-/fingernails and teeth
81-83) Red shading on tongue
84) Sandstone basecoat on eyes
85-86) Two shades of blue for eyes
87) Bright blue highlight dot on each pupil of eyes
88) Black basecoate on hair and eyebrows
89-92) Gray highlights to hair and eyebrows
93-100) Dark Red basecoat plus increasingly brighter highlights on handle wrapping of the weapon

There you have it. 100 paint steps, no washes, no drybrushing. I probably could have brought the highlights up two or three stages on the flesh but I like the effect it has now. The only thing I'm not certain about is his hair and the chain belt. I only count each individual shade (meaning each time I have to mix a new color) as a step. I count steps for different features (bones as 1 set of steps, flesh as another set of steps) but I don't count each individual section of a feature as seperate steps (the flesh is counted as one set of steps rather than as one set for the face, one for each segment of the arms, etc).
