| I made it out of foam and grendel resin and all in all it cost me about 10$ (the grendel resin was almost free at LinCon an convent in sweden but buy it from their store doesnt cost that much 20-30£) and 3days of (16h) work. The grendel resin isnt actualy neaded you could make it entierly out of foam and carv/press the inka like symbols quite easely.
I tried to make it as modular as possible and put time in carving the foam and pressed it to make it look like stone. The walls was made in 2 pieces that was glued togheter and carved out whit a GW faom cutter, each piece was rectangualar and lines was added to make it in roughly 1 inch large squares (whitout cutting through all). Then I carved them very carefully whit a rasor blade (it is very importent that it is very sharp) so that the stone looked little cracked. Finally i added pressure whit my tump to the foam squeres to symbolise the stonecutters pik marks...
I painted it in 5 easy steps (black/ brown/ light brown *2/ white and light brown whit cheap collors). The grendel resin of the inka pyramid was orginaly ment to be usead in a single pice but i took time to carv the resin (whit a dentiest drill litterary) and glued foam to some pieces to support them. In this pictueres benath i have dicplayed some snake looking grendel dungeon decoration, I sprayed them white and painted them whit vermin brown (GW color) and drybrushed whit rotting flesh & white and painted the gold parts whit tinbits, dwarven bronze, burnished gold, shining gold, mithral silver. and the whater was midnight blue which was higlighted whit ligthning bolt blue and white.
The lightning bolt in on of the pictueres was orginaly made as a living lightning bolt from a canned bear that i emptied and cut whit a scissor and then painted.
The wraith is from the Dungeon and Dragon boardgame that has some nice(well not detailed but are true to monster manual) minis but are provided unpainted.
Is it a common opinion that the manticore is a ugly model? i have always found it to be spectacular, right from Monster Manual!
I thought to post som other minis since people seams to like them. I will post them in a new thred since i hate to not finding pics in the biginning of a page... | | | |

| The Cobra fountain and the portal doors are actually from the Temple of Set collection from Grendel. They look like a good paint job though, but he didn't sculpt them.
They alone cost about $10...
