| Thanks to a flu attack...I just found the time to finish the Chimera's repaint...this one is dedicated to a friend of mine birthdate so It would not be posted on the italian forum before 29th of march...
I give s lot of attention to te base and to the color shifting from goat to lion to dragon, I hope you like! (like MM said goat is black with red eyes, lion is with green eyes and wings are brown..)

I sat down to paint a couple of bits today, including a few tiny tweaks to my Chimera. I was quite happy with it until I saw your post :)
Great work!
I particularly like the black colour scheme for the goat (goat's horns also look very real) and the golden glow to the lion's fur. | |

I used a little stick of clear plastic (those used to cover the brush top) to make the chimera fliyng...
The hard thing to do was to give "credibility" to a miny that is made by several creatures part...so I tried to make the colors change with a lot of attention...and of course the skeletal leggionaire on the base just to give some more details... | |
