Stuff, looks really good and might be worth the investment. I mean 50 quid is a little bit of scratch....

Heck, there are some things on those videos that I have questions about. Like the NMM and the airbrush type stuff. Just things that I have not ever really had the time to pick up but have always been curious about....thanks for the tip glumag!!

No problem, just very curious myself, just hate to spend that much money on something that could be not as good as hoped.

Wonder if netflix has this [:p]

These are more than a bit on the pricey side. I think that they could easily have done it all on one DVD (and likely sold more units) but maybe that's just me.

Over the centuries, mankind has tried many ways of combating the forces of evil... prayer, fasting, good works and so on. Up until Doom, no one seemed to have thought about the double-barrel shotgun. ~ Terry Pratchett

True, but someone doing it on low production and probably out of his own computer is most likely burning the DVDs himself and using a single layer, so to keep good quality you can have about 60-90 minutes there, obviously these are not THX 5.1 surround either, so the audio track is likely in the low 100MB instead of the 400MB range.

They are pricey but doubtfull he could cram all of it even with a reasonable quality and low-end sound on a DVD9 since it seems they are home-made or funded out of pocket stuff.

I still love to see it, the previews are great.

Approx. $85 investment into what appears to be a decent set of "how-to" videos isn't terribly expensive. Watching some of the sample clips the camera work is rather shaky and the lighting could be better but it looks like it's fairly well made. He even offers a money-back guarantee (90 days at that).

I'm rather tempted to pick up the NMM video (I'm still a novice at NMM reflection and Sky-Earth NMM).

While I am sure many would prefer a video, check out this site

http://miniature-painting.net/links_painting.html

Many good sites in there. And some that just have cool minis up! Have been to a few of them. Like anything else on the internet, I would direct link to any sites you like too!

There are alot of resources around to check out. The price tag is a little much for me to support.

A video would really help out tho because you can physically watch them doing it the whole way. I'd love to get one and hopefully help out my painting.
