| Thought some of you might get a kick out of this. It is a pretty simple conversion. I have only done a tiny bit of touch-up painting so far, though I plan to do a full-on detailed paintjob in a few weeks.

Agreed. The hardest part of this conversion was clipping the original Snig in half without cutting though this hand, axe-haft, or spear shafts. It takes a little delicacy and patience but it's worth it IMO.
The best part is now I have a two mounted Snig's who match exactly the on-foot figures cos I attached the original mounted Snig's torso onto the lower body of the orignal Snig from which I clipped this top. [:D] | |

| Snig with hat is MUCH better. On top of all the other insults to poor Snig (making him medium on a large puppy, giving him craptacular skirmish stats...) they took away his trademark hat.
Kudos to you to putting it back! I'm working on mounting Snig on a timber wolf [:D]

| | Yhea I did a simillar thing except I used a winter wolf as my base model and made Snig Wolf Rider ive been trying to put it on here but I havent got a picture yet. Although I have made his card for snig wolf rider he is now commander 2 has a stunning charge a breath weapon thanks to the wold and can summon up to 4 minnions of up to 12pts or less. | |
