The orc family is growing...

I'm sorry for the bad quality of the photos....maybe I'll redo them...

I changed the weapon with an axe made by myself with greenstuff...I hope you like it...

Great job. I actually had to double check to see if he was the Chainmail version or not. I love it!

Wow. Your paint job has actually made me look at my Orc Champs differently. I never noticed the animal head on the cloak before!

I never noticed the animal head on the cloak before either. The axe does look great. I've never seen a blonde orc before. The armor looks excellent.

The NMM is realy striking.

Pathetic Earthlings. Hurling your bodies out into the void - without the slightest inkling of who or what is out here. If you had known anything about the true nature of the universe - anything at all - you would have hidden from it in terror.

Looks great! Many wouldn't have guts to start to modify such an expensive mini, but with your skill it really is worth it!

Yes. You can even convert your models. The only restriction is that the creature must be easily identifiable as to original creature (you can't put a Mephling on a Balor base and call it a Balor) and you can't give it a weapon for an attack form it does not possess (no bow if it's doesn't have a ranged attack, for example).

Other than that common-sense stuff it's pretty much anything goes. Cos they are so soft DDM figures are really easy to convert. Youcan cut and shape them with an XACTO knife and glue them together with superglue. No pinning or drilling is needed.

Wow - I reread that post (I only skimmed earlier between trips to the garden). Very nice job on the axe!

How about a few pointers on making blades with greenstuff, it's a thorn in my side!

The axe looks much better than the original...

I hadn't realized there was so much detail in the figure before now.

I've made it with exposy putty giving the general shape with the hands, then , after it was dry, I used a file and a cutter to give the exact shape that I wanted . (hope it helps)

For the dry blood I used 2 kind of red mixed and applied in several very thin and acquous layer...

Thanks to all...after the break for the holidays; EYE OF GRUUUUUMSHHHH!!!!
