| This is what I've done the last couple of weekends.
The angle of the photo make the chin and neck look strange - they are better in person. I'm really happy with how it's turned out.

Sorry about the 3 photos (I want Rav950 to be able to see it properly in case there's anything he wants changed). (It's been painted for him as a thankyou for all the work he put into the webcast). If you think the nose looks strange, that's cause it was missing on the mini Rav sent to me - so I put one on with greenstuff (the first time I've used it) - it's not perfect, but it's a lot better than no nose at all. And, Thanks to Mrs Rune for the suggestion of dark blue for the clothes - I was really stuck trying to workout something to go with the grey skin.
Questions and comments welcome - and now I go back to painting my tiefling blademaster (he's not going very well so far)[V].

| Meg- great job!
The dark blue goes really well with the silver skin! I love the scrolling around the top of his tunic.
Good luck on the Tiefling, I need to work on mine as well. | | "Today is gone. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one. Every day, from here to there, funny things are everywhere." Dr. Seuss

| Nice work on the silver sorcerer.
The Sacred Watcher repaint is amazing. It's a great scuplt and could be repainted in a lot of nice ways. Yours is very impressive.
Keep up the great work. | | | |

| I really like the clothing/armor on the sacred watcher. It wouldn't have occurred to me to have it painted in color.
Very good color choices on the silver sorcerer. I especially like the lighter blue detail on the front chest piece. | | "Look to God and live." | Thanks everyone I've wanted to paint a pre-death Sacred Watcher since I first saw how detailed the sculpt is. The decorative line on the tunic of the Silver Sorcerer is actually part of the sculpt [:o] - it's amazing what you can find as you paint [)]

| | The only thing I would say about the sacred watcher if you are looking for suggestions is that the contrast between the shield and skin color isn't very high, nor is the contrast with the hair and face very high. It might look different in person, but right now those parts of the miniature blend together a little too much. I like the golden portion of the shield. The eyes look good. I like the way the two shades of blue alternate on the armor, and I like the sword. | | "Look to God and live." | I'm with Corim on the hair/face contrast. That kind of threw me when I first looked at it. Otherwise? I always wondered what came "before"....[:o)]
As for the Silver Sorcerer...Holy cow! She actually looks FEMALE now! I mean: I knew some of the "female bits" were there before, but I couldn't properly recognize them for what they were (they look more like over-developed pecs on mine). Very nice work. I'm sure she'd appreciate having her gender back! | | Champion of the Werewolf Lord, Knight of Anything Duergar, and Squire of Things Gnollish List reset with the start of previews for each new set...got Chainmail®?
